  • Jewellery can be returned in their original condition, within 14 days of delivery.
  • If there is a manufacturing problem of quality, you must first return the jewellery and either a new one shall be sent out or a full refund will be issued.
  • If the jewellery has been worn or shows signs of wear and tear, then no refund can be accepted.
  • Made to order jewellery is non-cancelable and non-refundable, this includes our gold range. We do advise to get in touch with us first when regarding our gold range so we can give you a personalised service.
  • Earrings cannot be returned for hygienic reasons. Even if you never wore them, please do keep this in mind.
  • Mystery box items are non-returnable.

 

How to exchange or refund a product

To get a refund or an exchange on your purchased item, please contact us directly through our email at contactus@nabilondon.com

You must return the item in mint condition with its original packaging.
Until the item reaches us, it is your responsibility. We recommend using Royal Mail Tracked & Signed For service and keeping proof of postage.

We cannot be held liable for returned items lost or damaged during transit, so please pack the item carefully. If you are returning an item due to change of mind, you are responsible for:

  • Return postage
  • The original outbound shipping fee (including orders placed with a free shipping, which will be deducted from your return)

If the returned item shows wear, tear, or intentional damage, no refund will be issued, and the item will be returned to you.

 

Lost or Missing Parcels

Once the item has been dispatched and is in the hands of the delivery carrier, it becomes their responsibility.
In the case of international orders, if the parcel is confirmed to be at the destination country and marked as “attempted delivery” or “pending at depot”, the customer must contact their local delivery service to arrange re-delivery or investigation.

Refunds

Refunds can only be processed to the original payment method used at checkout. For security reasons, we cannot issue refunds to any other card or account.
