All of our jewelleries are Nickel-free and hypoallergenic. If you are really worried about it, we would advise you to get jewellery that doesn't have any plating. Some people can still get a bit agitated by the plating so we would advise you to get silver jewellery if you are unsure.

All of our jewellery is nickel free, lead free and falls within EU regulations.

A gemstone is a mineral, rock, or organic material that is used for jewellery, ornamentation or art. We use a wide variety of gemstones. We mainly use semi-precious gems, such as amethysts, garnets, dyed quartz or topaz.

14K gold is very hard but it is paler in colour than 18K gold. 14K also contains less gold than 18K, and has a higher chance to set off allergies or corrosion problems depending on the wearer's skin.

The colour difference is not dramatic and many people prefer 14K. All of nabilondon's solid gold products can be made to order as 18K solid gold as well, please contact us if you wish to have 18K.

14K Solid Gold – A fantastic option for a piece you can wear every day, everywhere, even in the shower (although keep in mind it might reduce the shine over time). To maintain its lustre, simply clean it with a soft cloth to avoid scratches. It’s a long-lasting choice for those seeking timeless jewellery.

925 Sterling Silver – While it may tarnish over time, 925 sterling silver is easy to clean and maintain. We recommend keeping your pieces away from water, sweat, and cosmetics to preserve their beauty for longer. Store them in a jewellery box when not in use, and consider polishing them occasionally to keep their shine.

Vermeil or Plated – To help preserve the beauty of your vermeil or plated jewellery, we suggest removing it before showering, exercising, swimming, or applying perfumes, lotions, hair products, makeup, or sunscreen, as these can cause tarnishing. Avoid harsh chemicals like bleach, oils, jewellery cleaners, or polishing cloths, as they can damage the finish. When not wearing your pieces, store them in a dust bag, sealed plastic bag, or cloth bag to protect them from tarnishing. Also, avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight to prevent fading.

If we already have the right item made in your size in our studio, it will only take the regular shipping period between 2-7 working days. If we have to make the item especially for you then you should expect at least another 1-3 weeks depending on the item.

All made to order jewellery can not be refunded or exchanged. Please keep this in mind when ordering.

To cancel your order, please contact us at contactus@nabilondon.com ASAP. No cancellation will be accepted after the stipulated time period. Cancellations can not occur once the order has been posted out.

Solid Gold orders can not be cancelled once placed and preparations begin.

If your package is returned to us for any reason including a wrong address or due to custom duty, you will need to pay for postage again.

Majority of our packages are Royal-mail large letter box sized so can be popped through your door. But when a delivery attempt has failed, royal mail normally leave a card that will be put through your door, and goods will be held at your local post office or posted to your neighbour. All information should be on that card. Click HERE to check the status of your order as it may have been delivered. We can not be held responsible if you do not collect your order from your local post office. A further delivery charge will occur if your order is returned to us and needed to be posted out a second time.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on earrings. However, for non-pierced jewellery, we are happy to offer returns or exchanges within 14 days of your purchase if you change your mind.
