Jewelleries can be returned in its original condition, within 14 days of delivery.
If there is a manufacturing problem of quality, you most first return the jewellery and either a new one shall be sent out or a full refund will be issued.
If the jewellery has been worn or shows signs of wear and tear, then no refund can be accepted.
Made to order jewellery is non-cancelable and non-refundable, this includes our gold range. We do advise to get in touch with us first when regarding our gold range so we can give you a personalised service.
Earrings can't be returned for hygienic reasons. Even if you never wore them, please do keep this in mind.

The loveliest blue moonstone ring we could find.
Searched high and low for the right ring for my girlfriend and eventually found this beautiful ring. The stone's colour is delightful and the simplicity of the silver is both complimentary to the stone and looks very elegant and understated. The ring is being put by for Christmas at my girlfriend's request. Fabulous item, great price and very well presented and packaged. Delivered quickly too. Highly recommend. Adjustable size too, so just perfect.

Poor Customer Service

Hard to review as online tracking discloses that it was erroneously shipped to someone in Greenwich instead of being sent to me in Toronto, Canada. Am not happy with the seller's way of handling this error, telling me I have to pay them again for shipping that I already paid for. Very poor Customer Service.

I did love it so I ordered twice.

Cutesy butterfly

I love that it has a flat back as the stopper so that it doesn’t poke me when I sleep. The only downside is that it has to be screwed on which was a little challenging to do. Overall I love the size as I wear it as a small earring to wear in addition to my other earrings. I haven’t taken it off since wearing it and it still looks great a week later.

Good detail in the ring - the design fits perfectly for me. The turquiose flower is unique to the shiny stones but looks good!
