If there is a manufacturing problem of quality, you most first return the jewellery and either a new one shall be sent out or a full refund will be issued.
If the jewellery has been worn or shows signs of wear and tear, then no refund can be accepted.
Made to order jewellery is non-cancelable and non-refundable, this includes our gold range. We do advise to get in touch with us first when regarding our gold range so we can give you a personalised service.
Earrings can't be returned for hygienic reasons. Even if you never wore them, please do keep this in mind.

Still waiting on my order unfortunately

I'm unfortunately still waiting on my order and now I've seen that my order will be returned to sender because of an issue on your side of things. It's been 2 weeks and I was really excited to receive my rings because they looked beautiful. I have emailed but have not received a response as of yet and I also checked my details to see if i made an error but I didn't so not sure what has gone wrong on your side of things. Happy to rectify my review once I receive a response regarding my order and receive my order. I also read on the website that customers must pay for postage again if the order has been sent back for whatever reason, I hope this won't be the case for my order as it wasn't my mistake.
